Normawind participates at the Bolund experiment, designed by the Danish Research Centre RISO.

The main goals of the aforementioned experiment are:

- To increase the understanding of boundary layer flow in complex terrain

- To provide a new data set for development of computational flow solvers

Hence, our overall knowledge of the behaviour of the wind in complex terrains will increase and we will be able to make better assessments of the turbulent area at specific sites.
